At Adventureland Day Nursery, we’re proud to offer all government-funded childcare options — including the latest funding for babies from 9 months. Whether you need full-day care or just a few sessions per week, we’re here to make childcare work for your family.
15 & 30 hours for 3–4 year olds
15/30 hours for eligible 2 year olds
30 hours for eligible 9–23-month-olds (starting from Sept 2025)
Flexible Use: Term-Time or Year-Round
We know families have different routines, so we offer two options for funded places:
Term-Time Only:
15 or 30 hours per week
Over 38 weeks
All Year Round:
12 or 22.5 hours per week
Spread across 51 weeks
We’ll work with you to find the best fit — and we aim to be as flexible as possible with how you use your hours.
Funding we offer
Session Guidelines
To help support routines and maximise learning:
Morning sessions begin by 9:30am
Afternoon sessions begin by 1:00pm
We’re open from 7:30am to 6:00pm, offering full day care as needed.
What’s Included?
Snacks are always free for all children
You only pay for:
Meals (if attending during mealtimes)
Any additional hours beyond your funded entitlement

Funding is applied across your child’s booked sessions.
This means:
Some days may be fully funded
Some days may be partially funded
If a session is only partially funded, you will only pay for the remaining time.
How We Keep Costs Fair
We always aim to keep costs as low as possible for families.
Depending on your sessions, we will apply:
An hourly rate (for shorter additional periods)
Or a reduced session/day rate where this works out cheaper
We always apply the most cost-effective option for parents.
How Funding Works

Funding will always be applied first, meaning most families will pay significantly less than these rates.

Meals
We provide freshly prepared meals each day:
Breakfast: £1.50
Lunch: £4.00
Tea: £2.75
Packed lunches are welcome (lunch only) and must follow our healthy eating policy.
Breakfast and tea must be provided by the nursery if required.
