What makes Adventureland different?
At Adventureland Day Nursery, we believe that early years should be filled with wonder, movement, and meaningful moments. We go beyond the basics to provide a setting where children are supported, celebrated, and inspired to shine.
Indoor & Outdoor Play
Our nursery is full of varied environments where children can explore, learn, and enjoy. From cosy corners to active play spaces, we offer rich opportunities for development both inside and out — every day, whatever the weather.
Play Frames
Our play frames are more than just fun — they offer risk and challenge play that builds physical confidence, coordination, and resilience. Children climb, crawl, and explore under close supervision, helping them discover just what their bodies can do.
Kidslingo
Children enjoy weekly sessions with Kidslingo, a multi award-winning language programme. Through songs, games, stories and pretend play, children are introduced to French in a fun, interactive way — boosting early communication skills and opening their minds to the wider world.
Sport4Kids
Our weekly Sport4Kids sessions make fitness imaginative and fun! With themes like Peppa Pig adventures and Jack and the Beanstalk, children learn early PE skills through storytelling, dance, yoga, football, and more — all linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Come rain or shine, children can let off steam in our indoor football arena. With soft artificial grass, full netting, and two child-sized goals, it’s perfect for energetic play and team fun — while promoting fitness and coordination.
Nursery Garden
We love being outdoors! Our large garden offers space to run, ride, climb, and connect with nature. We regularly take learning and mealtimes outside to enjoy the fresh air. There’s also a dedicated baby garden, so our littlest learners can explore at their own pace while still being part of the wider nursery community.
Indoor Football Arena
Every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
At Adventureland Day Nursery, we are committed to welcoming and supporting all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). As part of Walsall’s Local Offer, we work closely with the local authority to ensure every child has access to the care, resources, and learning experiences they need to thrive.
Personalised Support Through the Learning Hive
Our dedicated Learning Hive provides a quiet, focused environment for children who may need additional time, space, or support to engage in learning. It’s a valuable space for one-to-one or small group activities, especially for children who benefit from support with:
Communication and language
Fine motor development
Emotional regulation
Concentration and engagement
The Learning Hive is also equipped with tailored resources and a structured workstation that can be adapted to meet each child’s individual learning plan.
